Skills-first capability means converting expert tacit judgment into validated, reusable production AI skills that can run inside a real partner workflow. Each skill carries triggers, decision logic, and reviewable behavior, with ownership and permissioning kept explicit.

What it is

Skillify starts from expert decision moments, not from generic model summarisation. The output is a skill package a design partner can insert into an operating context, then evaluate against expert standards.
