Validated expert judgment for AI-powered investment workflows

Skillify · Last updated: 21 August 2026

Skillify converts expert tacit judgment into validated, reusable AI capability. The public wedge is permissioned, AI-powered investment workflows: research, scenario review, and operating judgment that generic models do not reliably hold.

Definition. Validated expert judgment is expert tacit reasoning captured from real cases, checked with the expert, and packaged as reusable AI capability for a permissioned workflow. It is not a prompt pack, a public chatbot wrapper, or a claim that generic models already hold undocumented expert knowledge.

What Skillify is

Skillify starts from expert decision moments, not from generic model summarisation. An expert walks through cases, judgment calls, and the edge handling that usually stays in one person’s head. Skillify extracts reusable decision logic from that interview. The expert then reviews the result so the strongest reasoning is tightened before it is treated as capability.

The output is a protected skill artifact: reviewable, attributable, and only used where a design partner has agreed. Skillify is being developed within Blackkite Ventures as a focused effort to make that judgment layer usable in AI-powered investment workflows without pretending foundation models already solved it.

  • Expert interviews capture cases, judgment calls, and edge handling
  • Review validates and tightens the reusable decision logic
  • Deployment keeps expert IP and partner data permissioned

Why this is not generic AI

Generic models can restate the obvious. They are less reliable when the job is to notice which assumption just broke, what should be weighted next, and how an exception should change the path. That layer is usually tacit. If it is not captured, checked, and kept usable, partner workflows stay fragile where edge cases matter most.

Skillify’s job is the judgment layer, not another interface over an ungrounded model. The partner still owns the operating process and the decision. Skillify supplies reviewable reasoning that can travel with that process.

What Skillify is not

Skillify is not a prompt pack, a public chatbot wrapper, or a claim that generic models already hold undocumented expert judgment. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, asset management, guaranteed alpha, or automated trade execution. Public pages describe the category and the working method. They are not a live product feed.

Who it is for

Design partners who need AI-powered investment workflows shaped by validated expert judgment, and experts whose reasoning is difficult to replicate with generic AI. Engagement stays selective and exploratory until mutual fit is clear. Booking an intro does not create a contract, exclusivity, or commercial obligation.

How expert IP is handled

Expert IP and partner data stay permissioned. Interviews, case walkthroughs, draft artifacts, and partner context are private by default. Nothing is published or shared publicly without agreement. Attribution happens only when an expert or partner explicitly agrees. Use remains governed by the applicable expert or partner agreement.
