Trust, validation, and rights

Skillify treats expert judgment and partner context as protected from the start. Validation means the expert checked the extracted logic. Rights and disclosure stay permissioned. Public pages describe that boundary so it can be cited accurately.

Definition. Trust, validation, and rights means expert IP and partner data stay permissioned; validation is expert review of extracted decision logic; and attribution or public disclosure happens only with agreement. It is not a performance claim, a market backtest, or a grant of public rights in expert logic.

What validation means

After capture, the expert reviews the extracted reasoning, tightens weak spots, and confirms that the reusable form still matches how they actually decide, including exception handling. That review is what Skillify means by validation. It is not a trading result, a signal, guaranteed alpha, or a substitute for the partner's own process.

How rights are handled

Expert IP stays attributable to the expert and is only used where permissioned. Partner data stays inside the agreed workflow. Nothing is published or shared publicly without approval. Attribution happens only when an expert or partner explicitly agrees. Use remains governed by the applicable expert or partner agreement.

• Interviews, case walkthroughs, and draft artifacts are private by default

• Raw expert logic is not exposed on the public site

What stays inside the trust boundary

Skillify does not provide investment advice, trading signals, order execution, broker routing, client-asset management, or guaranteed outcomes. Public examples are illustrative. Experts should not share employer-confidential or client-confidential material in interviews. Booking an intro does not create a contract or a license.

Terms of use

These terms govern use of skillify.so, related materials on this site, and the Skillify expert portal. Skillify is developed within Blackkite Ventures. By using the site or portal, you agree to these terms.

What Skillify is

Skillify converts expert tacit judgment into validated, reusable AI capability for agreed partner workflows. Public materials describe a design-partner program around validated expert judgment for AI-powered investment workflows. They are informational and do not create a commercial contract on their own.

Exploratory engagement

Booking an intro call, browsing the site, or starting a conversation is exploratory. It does not create a contract, partnership, paid engagement, exclusivity arrangement, or obligation for either side unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the site or portal.
• Do not submit material you are not authorized to share, including employer-confidential or client-confidential information.
• Do not use Skillify materials to claim that Skillify provides investment advice, trading signals, order execution, broker routing, or client-asset management.

Expert contributions

If you submit heuristics, refinements, or related notes through the expert portal, you confirm that you have the right to share that content for Skillify review. Ownership, reuse, and deployment remain permissioned and are governed by the applicable agreement with you or your organization. Portal access does not itself grant Skillify a right to publish your contributions publicly.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and Skillify-authored materials remain owned by Skillify / Blackkite Ventures. Expert-owned judgment and partner context remain subject to the confidentiality and permissioning terms described on this site and in any separate agreement.

No warranties

The site and portal are provided as available for early-stage design-partner and expert collaboration. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillify and Blackkite Ventures are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, portal, or exploratory conversations. Nothing on this site creates a duty to provide advice or execute transactions.

Privacy

Skillify is developed within Blackkite Ventures. This section explains how we handle information collected through skillify.so, related design-partner conversations, and the expert portal.

What we collect

• Contact details you choose to share (for example name, email, and calendar booking information).
• Expert portal identity data when you sign in with Google (name, email, and account identifiers needed for authentication).
• Heuristic candidates, refinements, notes, and related provenance metadata that you submit through the expert portal.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate the site and proxied authentication routes (for example request timing and error diagnostics).

How we use information

• To respond to intro requests and evaluate design-partner fit.
• To operate the expert portal and attribute owned heuristics to the correct identity.
• To review, validate, and package expert judgment into permissioned capability only where use has been agreed.
• To maintain security, reliability, and access control.

Confidential handling

Interviews, case walkthroughs, partner context, draft artifacts, and expert submissions are treated as confidential by default. Expert IP and partner data stay permissioned. Nothing is published or shared publicly without explicit agreement.

Experts should not submit employer-confidential, client-confidential, or otherwise restricted material unless they have clear authority to share it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to host the site, authentication, and related services. Access inside Skillify / Blackkite Ventures is limited to people who need it for the stated purposes above.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the engagement, portal operation, security, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete contact or portal data that is no longer required.
